Ok so here is my dilemma, Jake's has is getting SO long, almost too long. Mostly just in the front. Cameron often says he looks like the "Russians" from work, whose heads are shaved and left with just bangs. I'm debating on taking just a smig off the front. I mean SMIG! For so long I have been totally against cutting any part of his hair but latley I've felt compelled to take a little snip. Very often when he is in his high chair and eating baby food or a bitter biscut, little pieces end up in his hair! My biggest fear is that I know it will make him look so much older and I don't really want that, so i need your opinion on whether or not I should cut it a very little bit... Please HELP
In other Jake news, He LOVES his high chair and more than that he loves my kitchen utencils!!He also loves "big people" food. My bro in law (the pediatricion) told me I could expand his diet and give him little mashed up bits of our food, except ya know, dairy, eggs, peanuts...yada yada anyway, he acts like he has teeth and gums it really good. Its too cute!

I was hesitant too, but I was so glad when I finally just cut it. Talmage had more of the hair over the ears and mullet look. I loved it when he finally looked clean cut. I have since cut the top and sides too and most people didn't even notice. I don't think it changed his appearance too much. My neighbor didn't want to cut her little boy's hair and ended up using little girl clips to keep it out of his eyes. Hmmm... then he looked like a little girl. Not cool. I think you'll be happy if you cut it. Just my opinion
I say go for the snip, he just has the prettiest eyes! It'll always grow back if you think it makes him look too grown up!!
You have to do it sometime. He will still be cute with a little snip!
